Delivered, Failed and Recovered / abandoned are totals for the selected window (stats are kept for 31 days); Queued, In flight, Oldest, Dropped and Failed queue are live. A dash means the hook has no live delivery lane since the server started. Failed deliveries wait in the hook's failed queue (retried with backoff 30 s, 2 m, 5 m, 10 m, then kept as exhausted); an OPEN badge means the target is down and live fixes are being diverted to that queue. Fix the target then press Retry now, or Discard to empty the queue and close the circuit (the fixes stay in push_history for device repush).

Counters are RAM-only and reset when the process restarts. A worker stuck in webhook:<host> or mqtt:<topic> means that hook target is slow or black-holed -- check Hook Health for it. Failed deliveries wait in a per-hook failed queue (retried with backoff 30 s, 2 m, 5 m, 10 m, then abandoned) that never touches live delivery; an OPEN badge means that hook is down and live fixes are being diverted to its failed queue. Fix the target then press Retry now, or Discard. Rising drops -- open the Live HTTP Log and search consumer-exception-dropped for the exception chain.
